Fried Potatoes And Onions, Round Steak And Salad.

Peel and cut up 10 medium sized potatoes. dice 1 onion. Pour only enough oil to cover bottom of pot. Heat Oil, add potatoes & onions. Season with garlic salt and Italian seasoning, Cover pot with lid for about 10 minutes. Remove lid, finish cooking until brown.

Remove steak from package. place on cutting board. rub everglades seasoning into both sides. tenderize both sides with a butcher knife. cut into individual portions, flour then fry in pan.

for the salad you will need.

lettuce.

1 cucumber.

1 tomato.

1 purple onion.

6 ham and provolone rolls.(roll up a slice of ham with a slice of provolone, make a pin wheel, then slice in to sections)

2 diced boiled eggs.

1 small can sliced black olives.

Add above ingredients in a large salad bowl. add bacon bits or grated cheese for extra flavor.
